Our 100% California garlic is a great shortcut ingredient to have in your kitchen, a handy substitute for fresh garlic. Made from seasoned, finely minced garlic in oil, this is a quick, convenient way of adding garlic’s distinctive flavour and aroma to a range of dishes. It is a versatile flavouring with many uses: add it to marinades for meat and poultry and use it in stir-fries and braised dishes. Mixed with soy sauce and a touch of sesame oil, it also makes an excellent dipping sauce for dumplings or noodles.
