These unpitted apricots are nice , the rich caramel flavour of it when soak them overnight in a little water, it produce the lovely rich syrup and top with Greek yoghurt. No need to sweeten.

These are by far the best dried apricots I have ever eaten, and in my household we eat dried apricots quite often. They are quite dear.
