What's the average shelf life for my products?

Nuts should be stored in a cool, dry environment. All of ours nuts are good for up to 6-9 months. Dried fruit should be stored in a cool environment (refrigerator) and can also last 6-9 months.

For all of our products, we have the storage information located on our packaging.

Are you an Allergen-Free facility?

No. While we endeavour to prevent cross-contamination through specific processes, we cannot guarantee that a product is peanut or tree nut free.

How will I know my order has been dispatched?

You will receive an email notification, as soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

I haven’t received an email to confirm my order?

We are really sorry that you have not received your email.
Here are some typical reasons for this:

  • An incorrect email address was entered when the order was placed
  • A technical issue has happened, where the system has timed out, before your order had time to reach our ordering system

What if there is an issue with an item in my order?

If you have experienced an issue with any items in your order (damaged, wrong item or missing) please send details of the issue customer service usingthe contact us team along with images of:

  • 1. The damaged or incorrect product(s)
  • 2. The entire box showing all any damage

I need to change the address on my order?

Get in contact with our customer service team as soon as possible and they can update this for you. When emailing ensure to include your order number and the correct address so our team can change this for you. Please note, once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the shipping details.

My parcel has been returned to the sender, what happens now?

If your parcel has been returned to us it is likely that it has been accidental damaged on its way to you, or the driver has had difficulties delivering your parcel.

Where is my order? It’s marked as delivered but I still don’t have it.

We are really sorry that you have not received your order.
Here are some checks that may help you in this situation:

  • See if a delivery card has been left from one of our couriers, with further instructions on
  • Check with your neighbours, to see if they have accepted your parcel on your behalf
  • Look in any safe areas the delivery driver may have left your parcel (in a shed, garage, or porch)

Attempted delivery

All of our couriers will try up to 3 delivery attempts, before your order is returned back to us and you will be refunded.

If a delivery attempt has been made and your parcel was not delivered the driver will try again the next working day.

Is your packaging recyclable?

We take the environment very seriously. All our resaleable bags and boxes can be recycled.
