    We’ve tried lots of different flavours in the Dorri turkish delight range and all have been very tasty and a lovely texture – much better than the ordinary shop bought varieties

    Dorri Pineapple Turkish Delight is an unusual flavour that I rather like. Dorri use corn starch not gelatine so if you are used to Frys Turkish Delight this one is drier and slightly less sweet, slightly more body to it. The soft English Delight makes my teeth ache but an od piece of Dorri is just right. Lots of sugar so don’t overdo it. And note that these don’t like it too cold- they can become harder and drier if the room temperature is under 20C. Keep sealed in the packet to maintain freshness. And enjoy.
