    We’ve increased our nut consumption significantly since we’ve been roasting these. TSP oil, Salt, Chilli powder, Turmeric, mix nuts then roast at 180 deg C, 8 minutes, job done and don’t forget to shake part way through!! On our second tub.

    Lovely raw whole cashews, with great taste. Now on repeat order for our hungry household, much better value than buying from the supermarket. The reusable bags are very handy for other food ingredients too. Also recommend trying Dorris mixed raw nuts for baking, yum!

    These are top quality cashew nuts. I roasted them gently (170 C for about 10 minutes on two oven trays) and when cooled put them back in the bag to keep them fresh. They have a great flavour and I prefer cashews with no salt so these are perfect for me. Will be ordering more.
