Goji berries are small red berries with a naturally sweet and slightly tangy taste. They grown on a plantation on the banks of the Yellow River – the second longest river in China. The rich soil provides all the water and nutrients the growing goji trees need, which each produce around 1kg of berries each.

Sid Nuncius –
These goji berries are very good quality. Whether you like them and how much credence you give to the claims of health benefits will be a personal matter (personally, I think they taste OK but not spectacular and I’m somewhat sceptical). However, there is no doubt that these are a genuine, quality product, so if you’re looking for goji berries they should do you very well.

I feel so much better since starting to eat these. I tried them straight from the packet but didn’t enjoy the taste so added them to my morning smoothie instead. They add a nice flavour to it and I feel better than I used to.

Mr & Mrs C Neno –
My family are enjoying these goji berries on cereal and as snacks. We were worried at first as the listing said they had a sour ish taste, I didn’t find this to be the case. They are pleasant to eat.
Apparently goji berries are some kind if superfood so we will continue on with them. I like the small packets as it helps keep them fresh. You don’t need a lot to get the benefit and too many in a packet would go off as you wouldn’t eat them in time.

Delicious, chewy and does not contain artificial preservatives. It is a tasty component of the morning cereal and great for snacking as well.
Isabel –
I love these Goji berries, the delivery was quick and im happy with the product. However one tip I can give you is to soak them for a long time so they don’t stick to your teeth.

This is the first time I have tried goji berries and I really like them. I have been having some in my porridge each morning and they go really nice with it.
They are similar to a raisin or sultana and when immersed in liquid they swell up. They have a subtle yet distinctive taste and make a really nice change to my porridge.
Another good use for them was as an alternative fruit in the fruit scones I made.
I really like these berries and as they are like a dried fruit it means a few go a long way. I think the price is good and the quality of the berries also looks and tastes good.
R. Tait –
These are small, deep red, dried fruits. I was first unsure of the sharp, sour taste, but that soon gave way to the natural sweetness, intense flavours and satisfying chewiness. Really good as a snack, even in small amounts. At the price, I think these are great value—I’d recommend them to anyone interested in dried fruits or just healthy snacks.

Mr Bigsby –
We love these Goji Berries from Mundo Feliz. Super food or not they taste lovely. texture wise they are somewhere between a dried fruit and a fresh berry. We have them in fruit salads or mixed into yogurts. Personally my favourite way to eat them is to sprinkle a few over my morning porridge. My wife just snacks on them straight out the packet. Healthy tasty and great value too.

I’ve never had Goji berries before and didn’t know what to expect so I was surprised, upon opening the box, to find that the packets ‘rattled’! I was expecting something squishy and soft, not something with the sound of dried leaves or the appearance of shrivelled red peanuts! However, my opinion soon changed when I tasted them – they are absolutely sublime!
Upon hitting the tongue, they immediately start to soften and when you bite into them, you get an instant burst of sweet, yet slightly tangy interior, which is like nothing I’ve ever tasted before. Eating four or five together is the most satisfactory as they stick together in a nice chewy gob – like eating toffee or sweets but much better for your health!
I’ll be replacing my sweetened Cranberries with these in my home made granola as they are totally natural and completely without additives. They have a natural sweetness of their own without the need for adding sugar which I’ve always felt a bit guilty about when using Cranberries. No-one would want to eat Cranberries in their natural state as they are far too sour but these lovely Goji berries not only taste sweet and have an exciting texture, they’re packed with vitamins and anti-oxidants to keep you fit, healthy and youthful – what’s not to like!
C+J Polok –
I use them for smoothies, porridge, custard, rice pudding cooked in oven and anything that needs a little sweetness.
janice micheal –
Very large goji berries. They are quite dry so you might want to soak it for a bit in advance.
