Because we value a seamless delivery experience, we ship via Royal Mail and DPD, which provide dependable, fully tracked service throughout the United Kingdom.
Orders placed Monday through Friday by 11:00 am are shipped that same day.
Orders placed on weekends, bank holidays, or after 11:00 am are processed the following business day.
After dispatch, the majority of packages are delivered the following business day.
Please be aware that it could take two to three working days in distant places.
As soon as your package is en route, you will receive tracking information by email or SMS.
At the moment, we only deliver within the United Kingdom, which includes England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
We do not currently provide international shipping.
Delivery times may be a little longer than normal at peak times, like Christmas, Black Friday, or bank holidays.

DPD do not deliver to UK PO Boxes.
DPD will send you an Email/SMS message (if correct details are provided) with options to track your parcel or edit the shipment's address. You may also choose to change the delivery location to a nearby DPD Pickup Shop from where you can collect your order at your convenience. Any changes made using this service are beyond the control of Dorri.
If you choose to change the delivery address or request the parcel to be left in a "Safe Place", you assume all responsibility should any loss occur.
