Ingredients:

Quince.

Preparation:

Place 1 cup of water in a saucepan and bring to boil, use approximately 2 rounded tablespoons of quince tea and turn down to a simmer and let it cook. gently, partially covered for 10 to 15 minutes until the quince flavour has sufficiently infused in the water.
